And I am constantly motivated to maintain my Good health by Dr Zubeda Tumbi. Hi...Am Mrs.Hutoxi F. Powvalla.. I am under treatment with Dr.Zubeda Tumbi for the past four years. I am associated with Dr Zubeda Tumbi & Healthwatch Nutrition Clinic from last 6 years (since 2018). My main concern to visit Dr Zubeda Tumbi was my excess weight gain due to which I am suffering from a range of health issues like hypertension, pre-diabetes & hypothyroidism. My complete clinical assessment helped me understand my clinical health status which I was not aware about. I had constant complaints of back pain which was due to kidney & gallbladder stone. In my perimenopause phase I was shocked to see that my sonography report revealed fibroids & cyst. But to my surprise in 3 months time I was able to loose 5 kg in 3 months with 3kg fat loss. I consulted Dr Zubeda Tumbi for Type 2 Diabetes high blood pressure, cholesterol and fatty liver as i was stressed that medication were not effective in controlling these conditions! I was referred Dr Zubeda Tumbi by my son Dr Nikhil Kelkar to get a holistic diet plan to help me with my allergies & metabolic degeneration. Acidity, hypertension, high cholesterol, diabetes, Osteopenia (bone-thinning), and Fatty Liver were my regular health complaints. Poor bone health gave me pain at slightest exertion and the investigations showed low levels of vitamin D3, B12 & serum calcium. I had a very strong history of COPD & had undergone knee surgery. I had constant complaints of muscle cramps in my feet & ankles. At this age I was not looking to lose weight I was rather keen to follow a healthy & sustainable diet lifestyle with easy & sustainable food options that I would be able to follow lifelong. Losing 5 kg of weight which was actually only 5 kg of fat loss & a trimmer waistline. with glowing skin and better hair health .
